Follow-up Physiotherapy appointments are for patients who have already completed an initial consultation and are continuing their treatment and rehabilitation.

During these sessions your physiotherapist will review your progress, reassess your symptoms and adjust your treatment plan as required.

Your physiotherapist will also provide guidance on activity modification, injury prevention and strategies to help improve strength, mobility and long-term recovery.

These appointments are designed to support ongoing progress and help you achieve your rehabilitation goals safely and effectively.

Follow-up Treatment - Approx 30 min

Follow-up Physiotherapy appointments are for patients who have already completed an initial consultation and are continuing their treatment and rehabilitation.

During these sessions your physiotherapist will review your progress, reassess your symptoms and adjust your treatment plan as required. Treatment may include hands-on therapy, soft tissue work, joint mobilisation, rehabilitation exercises and progression of your exercise programme.

Your physiotherapist will also provide guidance on activity modification, injury prevention and strategies to help improve strength, mobility and long-term recovery.

These appointments are designed to support ongoing progress and help you achieve your rehabilitation goals safely and effectively.

Follow-up Treatment - Approx 60 min

Acupuncture treatment designed to help reduce pain, relieve muscle tension and support recovery. Fine needles are placed at specific points on the body to stimulate the nervous system and encourage the body’s natural healing processes.

This treatment may be used to support a range of musculoskeletal conditions including back pain, neck pain, headaches and muscle tightness.

Please note: an initial physiotherapy consultation must be completed before booking this appointment to assess suitability for acupuncture treatment.

Acupuncture Follow-Up – 30 min

Follow-up Treatment -  Approx 45 min

Cupping therapy is used to help relieve muscle tension, improve circulation and support recovery. Suction cups are applied to the skin to lift the underlying tissues, helping to reduce tightness and promote the body’s natural healing response.

This treatment uses dry cupping techniques only and does not involve any skin puncturing or blood removal.

Cupping Therapy Follow-Up – 30 min

A short consultation to determine whether injection therapy is an appropriate treatment option for your condition.

During this appointment the clinician will review your symptoms, medical history and previous treatment to assess whether an injection may be beneficial.
