Catherine’s treatments always feel so much more than a facial or a massage. I have been having monthly appointments for the past year and this recent one was my favourite yet! I have had numerous massages over the years but this reflexology session was something special. Catherine has a gentle, intuitive approach. The massage combined with the aromatherapy oils and the beautiful inviting space was just spot on and I left feeling so zen! She also gave some useful self care tips to do at home. A wonderful 90 minute pamper package with the lovely Elly. (Hope I remembered her name correctly.) Just what I needed. She put me at ease straight away and I have felt like a new woman this afternoon. My skin feels particularly amazing after all the oils and wrap. Thank you so much.
