I was a little nervous as I hadn’t had this treatment before. However, Mandy is lovely, very welcoming and friendly so I was at ease straight away. Never done anything like this before. I lost some weight for medical reasons and it left me with some unwanted sagging/ fat under my chin. I went to see Mandy expecting to have one treatment and after a consultation decided that actually a different one would potentially give me better results. We talked it through and everything went well. Hoping that I see the results I would like. Mandy was friendly and put me at ease. Post procedure I feel well informed about what to expect and have no pain or discomfort, as described. Thanks Mandy, an absolute pleasure.
