Had resurfacing laser renew, as always Ruth puts you at ease and explains the whole process as we start treatment. Not painful at all. Redness disappeared with in 2hrs .

Amazing PT session with Jess. She is very knowledgeable and explains everything. Workout was fun because it was varied and she pushed me and encouraged me during the whole session. Jess took on board my mobility issues for workout to be personal to me and I would recommend her wholeheartedly.
