Fresha’s paid features are currently available in select countries, but we’re working hard to roll them out globally so everyone can access these tools soon. Keep an eye out in your notifications!
Signing up for paid features
You only pay for the features you need, and all of them (except the Marketplace New Client Fee) are optional. You can opt out at any time, giving you full flexibility to use what works best for your business.
Subscribing to add-ons
These add-ons are all optional and come with varying subscriptions based on the number of users or locations. They are designed to integrate seamlessly with your workspace, allowing businesses to grow and improve client experiences.

- Payment processing:
Accept both in-person and online payments with ease. A standard transaction fee applies to all card payments, whether they’re made online or in-store. This also includes our client card capture service. - Fresha Insights:
Get deeper insights into your business performance with enhanced reporting. This feature comes with a monthly fee for each active team member. - Team Pay:
Easily manage your team’s pay with automatic tracking of commissions, wages, and tips. Track attendance with clock-in and clock-out features. This feature also comes with a monthly fee for each active team member. - Google Rating Boost:
Encourage your clients to leave reviews on your Google profile by boosting your rating through Fresha reviews. This feature is priced per location.
Join Fresha's marketplace
Create an online profile to feature on Fresha's marketplace and attract new clients.
- Marketplace New Client Fee:
A one-time fee is charged for first-time clients who find your business through the marketplace. This fee doesn’t apply to returning clients.
Communicate with clients
Keep clients updated and engaged with messaging automations and blast campaigns
- Automated notifications:
Keep your clients informed with appointment reminders, cancellation updates, and thank you messages. You’ll get a monthly allowance of free texts, along with unlimited emails and in-app notifications. - Blast campaigns:
Send promotional texts and emails to engage your clients. Competitive pricing is available for these campaigns.
