Insights is available in select countries as an optional paid feature with a monthly subscription fee, based on the total number of active team members within your business. Keep an eye on notifications as we expand to more locations.
Report types
Each report is pre-defined, tracking different metrics with a specific function. Within each report category, you’ll find:

Full records you can filter and customize.
Depending on the report, data is updated every 30 to 80 minutes. Check the timestamp at the top of each page for the latest updates.

Discovering the reports menu
Head to the Reports section in your Fresha account to explore valuable insights. Use the menu to find and organize reports with ease, here you'll find everything categorized:

Searching for reports
Quickly find the reports you need using search, filters, and sorting tools:
Tools | Overview |

Search bar | Enter keywords from the report’s title or description. |
Created by | Filter reports by creator as either Anyone (view all reports), Fresha (pre-defined reports created by Fresha) or You (custom reports you’ve created). |
Sort by | Reorder reports using the dropdown menu for Category (organize by report category), Last updated (view the most recently edited reports) and A-Z (Sort alphabetically). |
Filter and group data
Refine your data for more precise insights by applying filters and groupings:
- Open Reports and select the report you want to view.
- Use the dropdown menus at the top of the report:
- Group by:
Choose relevant data categories. - Date range:
Select a specific time period using the calendar.
- Group by:
- Click Filters to apply preferences tailored to the report's purpose.
- Select Apply after setting each filter.
