Upgrade to Insights for premium reports
In this guide, you’ll learn how to boost your business’s performance with data-driven decisions by upgrading to Insights, giving you access to powerful premium reporting tools.

What’s included in Insights
Insights is available as a paid add-on, that provides deeper, more meaningful reporting. Including the freedom to create, customize, and monitor performance across every major area of your business.
With Insights, your business gets:
- Custom reporting tools to build reports tailored to the data that matters most to you.
- Advanced permissions, giving you full control over which reports each team member can access.
- 8 additional premium reports for more detailed performance tracking, including:
- Performance Summary
An overview of business performance by team or location. - Performance over time
A view of key business metrics by location or team member over time. - Sales by time period
Detailed sales data based on selected time periods. - Gift card by time period
Gift card sales and usage data based on selected time periods. - Upfront payments by time period
Analysis of upfront payments over a selected time period. - Waitlist summary
Overview of waitlist trends and patterns, including appointments booked and expired waitlist entries. - Client summary

- Performance Summary
Upgrade to the Insights add-on
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under Insights, click on the View button.

- From the Insights add-on page, click on the Continue button.

- In the next step, review the total monthly cost and review your payment method. To update your payment method, click on Add credit/debit card.

- Click on the Enable button in the top right of your screen to activate this add-on.

Cancel the Insights add-on
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under Insights, click on the View button to manage the add-on.

- Click on the Options button in the top right of your screen and select Disable add-on.

- On the confirmation page, use the dropdown menu to select a reason for canceling, then click Disable now to confirm.

Once you have cancelled your Insights add-on, you’ll continue to have access to Insights features until the end of your current billing period.
FAQs
- When you make new team member bookable, they will be included in the next billing cycle.
- When you make a team member unbookable, they will not be included in the next billing cycle.

Reports and dashboard data refreshes about every 20 minutes, you can always check the timestamp at the top of each report page to see when the data was last updated.
The Insights add-on fee is determined by the total count of bookable team members within your business account.

To upgrade to Insights you will need to log in to your Fresha account using a web browser.
The Insights add-on fee applies to all bookable team members in your business account, not just those who have access to reports.
