Upgrade to Insights for premium reports

What’s included in Insights
Fresha provides standard reporting tools to help you track essential business data. For deeper, more meaningful reporting, upgrading to Insights unlocks the ability to create, customize, and monitor performance across every major area of your business.
Enhance your reporting with game-changing features that let you extract valuable insights in entirely new ways. With Insights, your business gets:
- 8 additional premium reports for more detailed performance tracking.
- Custom reporting tools to build reports tailored to the data that matters most to you.
- Advanced permissions, giving you full control over which reports each team member can access.
Upgrade to Insights
Insights is available as a paid add-on, based on the total number of bookable team members within your business.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under Insights, click on the View button.
- From the Insights add-on page, click on the Continue button.
- In the next step, review the total monthly cost and review your payment method. To update your payment method, click on Add credit/debit card.
- In the top right corner, click on the Enable button to activate this add-on.

Cancel Insights
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Add-ons.
- Under Insights, click on the View button to manage the add-on.
- In the top right corner, click on the Options button and select Disable add-on.
- On the confirmation page, use the dropdown menu to select a reason for canceling, then click Disable now to confirm.
FAQs
- When you make new team member bookable, they will be included in the next billing cycle.
- When you make a team member unbookable, they will not be included in the next billing cycle.

Reports and dashboard data refreshes every 20 minutes to 1 hour, you can always check the timestamp at the top of each report page to see when the data was last updated.
The Insights subscription fee can be found on our pricing page. The monthly fee is determined by the total count of bookable team members within your business account.
To upgrade to Insights you will need to log in to your Fresha account using a web browser.
