Go to your Fresha dashboard and navigate to Online Reputation. From there, connect your Google Business Profile using a standard sign-in flow. The process takes under a minute for each platform.

AI Concierge is Fresha's built-in AI reply assistant. When a new review arrives, it automatically generates a personalised draft response. You can review the draft, edit it, and send, or publish it as-is. You can also set up automated replies for certain review types if you prefer a hands-off approach.

Yes. Every AI-drafted reply is a starting point, not a final message. You can read it, make any changes, and then send. Your voice always has the final say.
