Loved my hot stone massage. Joy listened to my target areas and the massage was so grounding and relaxing. Hale is so luxurious with the sauna and plunge pool beforehand and the refreshments in the lounge after.

My therapist marita (sp?) was amazing…the venue was fabulous. Didn’t realise I could access the spa and sauna prior to my appointment but good to know for next time…really great highly recommend

I booked a session with my daughter to try the enclosed Cryo chamber (only ever done the Cryo saunas before), followed by compression boots and the infrared sauna. Nick was super friendly, helpful, and informative about what to expect. We loved the modern, super clean, and beautiful space, though it would have been helpful to have separate changing rooms to leave our things and allow a little bit more time after the final session to fully enjoy the whole experience. It would have made it easier to get changed rather than in the damp hot sauna space & less rushed for the next waiting client.

Love my weekly infrared sauna! Especially in the winter months. It has also helped a lot with muscle soreness and general recovery from exercise. Definitely a part of my self care routine.

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!

I was met by an enthusiastic, friendly young man named Ricky who explained the treatments I'd booked as I'd selected three. Hyperbaric, compression and traditional sauna. I enjoyed them all and felt super relaxed upon finishing up with the sauna. Emily was there to see me out after my 2 hour total treatments and was met with an equally lovely and friendly demeanour. I feel well looked after! I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Wish I had realised I could use the sauna and plunge pool before my hot stone massage, looked really lovely. The massage itself was good but different to what I’m typically used to with hot stones, they were not used a lot for the actual massaging but thankfully the therapist had fabulous normal massage skills.

Very satisfied with my first visit to Reju. Friendly welcome, clean facilities, knowledgeable staff, sauna and cold shower left me feeling relaxed and energised. Lovely way to rejuvenate the mind and body while having a catch up with a girlfriend. Will definitely be back, thank you :)

A lovely and friendly team greet you at the door, and the infrared saunas are beautifully appointed with a shower for cooling off when needed! Highly recommend. Other saunas in Canberra are more of a sports recovery, does the job but doesn’t provide a luxe experience, or is part of a bathhouse experience which is more expensive. Reju perfectly creates a wellness experience that is relaxing and beautifully designed.

The treatment itself was lovely, Lin was excellent. I was confused by the use of the sauna/steam room before the treatment only. The lounge was peaceful and quiet but the upholstery needs cleaning/updating.

I love this place!!! I’ve been coming regularly with a friend for the infrared and traditional sauna, and I feel so relaxed after - physically and mentally. It’s honestly the perfect weekly catch up, I always look forward to my visits 🥰

Had an infrared sauna session and really enjoyed it. Room is private. Towels were also provided which meant I didn’t have to bring a bunch of items with me. Very good experience and looking forward to returning.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

Very welcoming, my experience was very relaxing. The lymphatic massage, combined with dry brushing and to finish off with a body wrap sauna was so refreshing and awakening. I was in and out of sleep and the body wrap sauna was fantastic!
