I highly recommend Reju - all of the staff are wonderful and the facilities are beautiful and serene. I started infrared sauna therapy as a part of my cancer treatment - which has helped me greatly - and after another spa informed me I would no longer be welcome if I started chemo as it wouldn't "be in their best interest" - the owners at Reju were incredibly warm and welcoming and happy to support my cancer journey. It is always a pleasure to come here, and I highly recommend the team and their services.

This was my second time experiencing Hale spa. This time I enjoyed a signature massage. The whole experience, from the steam and sauna rooms and plunge pool, the massage and a relax in the lounge was restorative and thoroughly recommended.

Massage from Charen/Charlen was excellent. She was fanatic throughout. Only a 4 star because I’m disappointed we couldn’t use the pool and sauna facilities. We didn’t realise we needed to come beforehand for this. If so, we would have booked for later in the day. It could be helpful to communicated this over the phone more clearly when booking, just so there isn’t any misunderstanding.

I arrived late ( my error totally i thought i was 40 minutes early) and was consequently very distressed. Helen- my practitioner, was so kind and sympathetic and calmed me down. I had a fantastic nourishing facial w Helen. My second appointment with her. At the end i relaxed in the lounge and the front of house girls were super kind and generous, allowing me to return later for my sauna and spa element. I was super grateful. I have been coming to Hale for years now- i always look fwd to my treatment and invest in the recommended products when i can afford them. Also recommend to my friends!

I booked a session with my daughter to try the enclosed Cryo chamber (only ever done the Cryo saunas before), followed by compression boots and the infrared sauna. Nick was super friendly, helpful, and informative about what to expect. We loved the modern, super clean, and beautiful space, though it would have been helpful to have separate changing rooms to leave our things and allow a little bit more time after the final session to fully enjoy the whole experience. It would have made it easier to get changed rather than in the damp hot sauna space & less rushed for the next waiting client.

This morning, I had an experience like no other. My experience started with a friendly greeting from the Customer Service staff member looking after the front desk. She patiently took me on a tour of the incredible facilities before answering my questions and leaving me to enjoy what I had just seen. I lay in a wonderful spa pool, vigorously messaged by well-placed jets, before making my way to sauna and then a steam room. After a warm shower with all amenities provided, I received a remarkable deep tissue message from Missy who has clearly perfected her craft, putting me at absolute ease.my

I was met by an enthusiastic, friendly young man named Ricky who explained the treatments I'd booked as I'd selected three. Hyperbaric, compression and traditional sauna. I enjoyed them all and felt super relaxed upon finishing up with the sauna. Emily was there to see me out after my 2 hour total treatments and was met with an equally lovely and friendly demeanour. I feel well looked after! I'll definitely be back! Thank you!

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!
