Staff are very pleasant to deal with. This was my third massage at Grand Central and I'm very happy with their service. Tanya is excellent, she finds and releases tight muscles with minimal discomfort and immediate relief. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. I'll definitely be back for my regular Massages. I had an excellent experience with Tanya’s remedial massage. She focused carefully on the areas that needed the most attention and ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling significantly better and much more relaxed. Tanya also took the time to recommend other services that may be beneficial, which I greatly appreciated. She explained that each of her colleagues has their own unique techniques, so it is worthwhile to try different therapists depending on your body’s needs. The facilities are cozy, clean, and very relaxing.

I had an amazing massage experience with Jan! Her technique was excellent — she knew exactly where the tension points were and worked on every spot perfectly. Lyn was incredible! It was so calming and relaxing. I asked for light pressure and it was perfect! The facial was amazing, while waiting for the treatments to set etc she gave a head massage too! It was the best haha

First visit. Friendly, warm, kind staff, the environment felt relaxed, I booked a eyebrow wax, shape & tint. I was happy with the shape and colour. I even got a scalp massage while waiting for the colour to process. Good price.

First time here, it was gift for my birthday From my dear friend. I suffer lower back pain and go to the osteopath monthly for treatment. I loved my massage and hot stone experience from Naree. She was very attentive, friendly and has great communication ensuring I got what I really wanted and needed. I left feeling very well looked after, warm and relaxed. I will tell my friend who gave me the gift it was well worth her money. I will tell others about it too and most definitely will be back again.

The experience was good and I will go again. There was some dirt, bugs and other floaties from the trees in the tub water. While nothing major it did make me question the cleanliness of the tubs and attention to detail. It would have been nice to be provided with a robe and slippers (as advertised), just to make the experience feel more relaxing. The service was polite and friendly.
