My daughter treated my husband (and I got to go too) to a session at Hale where we enjoyed the spa, sauna, steam room and lounge area. Relaxing and such beautiful staff and well appointed- it is a relaxing heaven. Thankyou.

This was my second time experiencing Hale spa. This time I enjoyed a signature massage. The whole experience, from the steam and sauna rooms and plunge pool, the massage and a relax in the lounge was restorative and thoroughly recommended.

Massage from Charen/Charlen was excellent. She was fanatic throughout. Only a 4 star because I’m disappointed we couldn’t use the pool and sauna facilities. We didn’t realise we needed to come beforehand for this. If so, we would have booked for later in the day. It could be helpful to communicated this over the phone more clearly when booking, just so there isn’t any misunderstanding.

I arrived late ( my error totally i thought i was 40 minutes early) and was consequently very distressed. Helen- my practitioner, was so kind and sympathetic and calmed me down. I had a fantastic nourishing facial w Helen. My second appointment with her. At the end i relaxed in the lounge and the front of house girls were super kind and generous, allowing me to return later for my sauna and spa element. I was super grateful. I have been coming to Hale for years now- i always look fwd to my treatment and invest in the recommended products when i can afford them. Also recommend to my friends!

This morning, I had an experience like no other. My experience started with a friendly greeting from the Customer Service staff member looking after the front desk. She patiently took me on a tour of the incredible facilities before answering my questions and leaving me to enjoy what I had just seen. I lay in a wonderful spa pool, vigorously messaged by well-placed jets, before making my way to sauna and then a steam room. After a warm shower with all amenities provided, I received a remarkable deep tissue message from Missy who has clearly perfected her craft, putting me at absolute ease.my

Hale Spa is class all the way. The pampering started with a nice warm welcome from the receptionist and a relax in the excellent sauna/spa pool area, followed by a truly wonderful massage by the lovely Hasina. It finished off with nice nibbles and some interesting cool health waters in the very pretty outside lounge pergola area. Everything, from the towels and robes to the building itself, was beautifully clean and luxurious. T'was a memorable experience!

The best spa experience in Canberra, for sure. I had my first visit today, based on word of mouth, and the word was right. Had a 2 ritual package with relaxing massage and basic facial. Jocelyn, my therapist, gave a great massage with just the right amount of pressure and she found the right spots. My facial made my face glow, the plunge pool and sauna were great, and the lounge was very relaxing. I honestly could have stayed many more hours, just lolling around, had I time on my side. I will return.

Wish I had realised I could use the sauna and plunge pool before my hot stone massage, looked really lovely. The massage itself was good but different to what I’m typically used to with hot stones, they were not used a lot for the actual massaging but thankfully the therapist had fabulous normal massage skills.

The treatment itself was lovely, Lin was excellent. I was confused by the use of the sauna/steam room before the treatment only. The lounge was peaceful and quiet but the upholstery needs cleaning/updating.

The facilities was good, but unfortunately some of the the facilities weren’t working. The steam rooms and saunas weren’t working, and the water in the plunge pool was not very warm. The lounge water fountain wasn’t working and only drinks were for purchase, had to ask for a drink of water. The facilities are what separates Hale from the rest of the spas around town so it needs to work.

Deep tissue massage was awesome. Love the steam, sauna, spa prior, great relaxation to prime perfectly all achey tight muscles. Also love the lounge after with tea and nibblies.

Such a wonderful experience with access to the facilities (plunge pool, steam room and sauna) ahead of your appointment and a lovely lounge with snacks and drinks and open fire to sit and enjoy before and after your appointment. The treatments were amazing using good quality products and you walk away feeling like a new person! Hard to get into but worth the wait!

Great experience, Piya was lovely. Excellent facilities - the plunge pool, steam room, sauna. Massage rooms a little cold, but otherwise fantastic.
