This morning, I had an experience like no other. My experience started with a friendly greeting from the Customer Service staff member looking after the front desk. She patiently took me on a tour of the incredible facilities before answering my questions and leaving me to enjoy what I had just seen. I lay in a wonderful spa pool, vigorously messaged by well-placed jets, before making my way to sauna and then a steam room. After a warm shower with all amenities provided, I received a remarkable deep tissue message from Missy who has clearly perfected her craft, putting me at absolute ease.my

I had a SkinCeuticals facial at Sycamore today, and it was fantastic! Sara was professional, kind, and very helpful. The spa environment was relaxing and comfortable, with great privacy. I’d definitely go back and highly recommend it!

10/10 - Had the most amazing experience at Canberra Day Spa today. Highly recommend the Grounding Ritual for 2 & 1/2 hours of relaxation. The team are attentive and anticipated my requests of water and bathroom breaks. Left feeling like I was on cloud 9. Treat yourself, you won’t regret it.

Joy was amazing, I had the best experience, so relaxing. She was very respectful and gave the right pressure for the massage. The facial was so soothing that I drifted off. Lovely champagne at the end in the lounge with other ladies that were also glowing. I highly recommend Hale Spa and particularly Joy.

This was my first time at this spa and it was amazing!! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. My masseuse, Missy, was courteous and respectful and her massage was so relaxing. Highly recommend Hale Spa and the staff. Thank you :)

Big thanks to Pim for the great deep tissue massage. The cave pool is always a delight. And the lounge is a lovely spot to sit before and after treatments. I did spy hot tubs being installed in the courtyard and wondered if they will become a Hale Spa or Brassey Hotel addition…

This was a lovely experience. I think the best 'day spa' massage I've ever had. Cris actually worked into the muscles which was awesome. Marietta did an amazing facial and I love how intense it was, I could actually enjoy the process rather than typically nodding off to sleep which stresses me out. I will definitely be back!

Missy my therapist had such beautiful warm, calm energy. I had a deep tissue massage and she found and stretched out all the knots in my shoulders. Top class amenities and I believe Hale remains the most luxurious day spa in Canberra.

I recently visited Hale Day Spa and indulged in the 2-hour body wrap and massage with Joy, and I have to say—it was absolutely superb! Joy's expertise and attention to detail made the entire experience incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. From start to finish, I felt completely pampered, and her skill in combining the treatments was outstanding. The ambiance of the spa added to the sense of calm and luxury. I left feeling refreshed, revitalized, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend these treatment and recommend you ask for Joy!

My husband and I attended Canbetra Day Spa as part of our babymoon. As soon as we stepped in the door, we felt relaxed and taken care of. Everyone was lovely and the massages were heaven. We will be back for another couples treatment after baby arrives!

I had a Tension Relief Massage today with Ucci, and it was so wonderful! The spa is calm and welcoming, with tea waiting on arrival. Ucci applied the perfect amount of pressure and I left feeling like I could levitate. I would absolutely recommend Canberra Day Spa if you are looking to relax and de-stress.

Ruby is an amazing therapist who always insures I leave feeling my best. The service at the Scalp Spa is always so professional and friendly. I’ve gone a couple times now and their services are very consistent in going the extra mile. Definitely recommend The Scalp Spa for any cosmetic or beauty treatments.

I booked the signature scapcial at the Scalp Spa and loved it. I had Ruby do my treatment and it was so relaxing. She was so polite and did a fabulous job. The products were beautiful and the salon very clean.
