My massage and facial with Iryna were superb, I haven't been so relaxed in a long time! The heated bed and heated, weighted eye mask were a lovely addition. I'm very happy with manicure and it was a pleasure having such a pleasant, positive chat with Shona during it. Having the whole floor dedicated to the spa area meant it felt very relaxed and secluded.
