I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I had my first ever Sakura Lift manual face therapy facial with Lidia & OMG she released muscles in my face that I had no idea were so tight (think I’ve been clenching my jaw for years) my sagging chin was visibly reduced & my face felt so much lighter and tension relief I cannot recommend this facial enough - I will def be back for regular treatments - I look years younger ❤️❤️

This was absolutely one of the nicest massage experiences I have ever had. Although I was expecting more of a facial than a massage, the massage elements far exceeded my expectations and it was a beautiful and calming experience. Polly’s warmth, nurturing and care came across throughout the treatment. I loved every moment of it and would highly recommend this treatment to anyone in need of a bit of self care.

Ashley was so friendly and gentle. I had the most amazing facial ever! The room is so beautiful set up with dreamy lights I was so relaxed! Just had my fourth non-surgical facial with Fran, and every session has been such a great experience. Fran always makes me feel really at ease, takes the time to explain everything she’s doing, and is so kind and attentive—making sure I’m comfortable throughout. My skin felt amazing afterwards— less puffy, smoother, brighter, and my pores looked instantly reduced. The full results will take up to six weeks, but I’m already chuffed to see a noticeable difference. You can tell she genuinely cares and takes her time to do everything properly. Highly recommend!!

Not your standard, run-of-the-mill facial. This was a whole experience! I had the “Cinderella”: double cleanse, steam, tone, extractions, aha skin booster, enzyme peel, mask - the works! My favourite part was the ice globes, I could have had an hour of those alone! Not to mention the massage! 💆🏼‍♀️ I LOVE that eye cream/SPF is applied afterwards aswell. That’s how I know Ashley knows her stuff. My skin looks gorgeous & I feel like I’ve had a proper pamper. Much needed in the hectic, busy life I lead. A beautiful environment & a beautiful treatment.
