Luna Rose is officially the best place to visit in Loughborough for a pamper session! I had a top to toe massage that truly melted me, made my body feel fantastic and helped ease the pain and aches I’d been having. This treatment gave me the deep relaxation I desperately needed after the turbulence of this year so far. Rachel as always was the perfect host, in her beautiful, warm, comfortable salon and she was also fully CV19 secure; which gave me peace of mind that I was safe. I would highly recommend anyone to visit Rachel & Luna Rose.

Couple hours of joy! I had one of the nicest facials ever,I loved the dermaplanning and facial at the upscale Japanese head spa. I came for the first time but I will definitely be back. ❤️

I’ve had the Luxury Facial with B a few times now and I’m speechless every time! She is so good at what she does, it’s SO relaxing and my skin always feels cleaner in the days following. The shoulder and head massage is incredible too. Plus she is super lovely and friendly, I have recommended her to all my friends and family and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my facials!! Charlotte is my go to person for all things nails and skincare! I love the relaxed, cosy atmosphere in the retreat. The facials are blissful and my nails always look incredible! Charlotte always keeps on top of the latest treatments and is super knowledgable! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

9/10 times I feel very relaxed when I am having my hair and brows done, Charlotte knows exactly how I like my hair, she also does my husband’s hair and really does do a lovely job. Nothing is too much for them. All staff are very polite and their body language, facial expressions and the way they go about their jobs you can tell they enjoy helping individuals with their chosen treatments.
