It’s my first time at The Knott and honestly I can’t say enough good things about it. An amazing haircut, and the best experience. Mary Ann was so kind and chatty and talked me through everything, I’m going back to lighten my hair next week and she made the process so easy and a joy. Couldn’t recommend enough!! If you’re in Folkestone and you need anything doing to your hair, this is the place to go!

I was anxious as it’s my 1st time having anything done at a beauty parlour. Well I can honestly say that I was anxious for nothing. I was made to feel relaxed, calm and safe. I feel like a new born baby after my spa facial, oil head (arms and hands) massage and my eyebrow tint. I will most definitely be going back after the new year for a fresh start to the new year. AMAZING. had the best pamper day. So well looked after by Jade and the radiance team. Took fantastic care of me and made my birthday so special. Felt like a new woman when I left! Had a wonderful massage followed by a hydrating facial anthen pedi and mani and now they do hair too. Trim and blow out for a fabulous birthday treat. HIGHLY recommend!

I was lucky enough to have been gifted a spa facial with Stacey. The whole experience was so incredibly relaxing but also functional so that I came out feeling absolutely amazing and much less tense. Stacey even advised me how to improve my non existing cleansing routine (the hemp oil cleanser is a gamechanger). The fact it was an unexpected gift did nake it even more special if that was possible. I have already rebooked. Thank you Stacey and to the person so introduced me to this experience.

Amazing staff and the best facial treatment

I was made to feel so welcome by Stacey and had a Hydrating / Balancing Facial. It was amazing and such a lovely feeling to just close your eyes and experience the expertise of Stacey’s technique. She was also so helpful in giving advice with a few questions I had. I came away feeling so relaxed and already thinking about booking my next pamper. Thank you so much Stacey.

I had the Skin fitness ultimate glow facial- it was truly the best facial I have ever had because it was relaxing but also rejuvenated my skin. After the facial my skin looks/ feels so much more hydrated, smooth and glowing!

Came to the spa today and had a Non-tech Facial with a Extra Care Add On Service: Neck and Décolleté. My treatments were done by Georgia which is one of the most amazing facials l've ever received. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the skin fitness ultimate glow facial with Georgia. Georgia instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. The treatment itself was informative as well as extremely relaxing. The facial has left my skin glowing! Especially enjoyed the addition of head/arm & décolletage massage. Highly recommend.

Yet another blissful and fabulous experience. Stacey's expertise, skill and positive energy never fails to impress. When I think about the massage and facial treatments I've had from various beauty "experts" across multiple countries over the years, Stacey is one of the best.
