I’ve just had the Top to Toe Pamper at Serenity and WOW… what an experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed, but Lauren truly took it to another level. Her touch is incredible — she has that rare magic where you can feel the stress melting away with every movement. The deluxe facial left my skin absolutely glowing, the full body massage released tension I didn’t even realise I was holding, and the reflexology was the perfect grounding finish. Recently booked in for deep tissue massage, facial , foot spa and a balayage. Massage was excellent especially after with three c sections! I felt brand new after. Foot spa and facial were good but - the facial broke me out badly (possibly might just been my skin being sensitive) and foot spa didn’t really help with any rough skin but definitely relaxing! Had my balayage with Charlotte and honestly Iv had so many compliments on my hair. Finally found a hairdresser who gives you exactly what you ask for and leaving your hair feeling healthy! Will definitely be retuning for my hair! 100%

My daughter and her 3 frie daughter all has the princess pamper experience for her birthday. From the moment they arrives they were treated like royalty. Wicked soundtrack playing all singing and pampered like a real princess! All the girls loved their experience, from the beautiful curls in their har, the vibrant colours in their nails and their facials and massages just sent them into another wold and calmed them all down to a dreamy state! Fabulous service with goody bags for each girl and memories that will last a lifetime!

I had the ‘ Glow Glass Skin Facial’ and ‘The Harmonize’ I went for the Back-neck-shoulder massage and Reiki. I’ve never had a professional massage before. I will 1000% be back again. I felt so relaxed, and my skin is literally glowing. Dawn was SO lovely and made me feel so comfortable. What a beautiful shop. Thankyou so much Dawn🫶🏻

Had the amazing Winter Melt massage today which was so relaxing also tried a Microneedling Facial for the first time, Cheryl explained the process fully and put me at ease. Will be back soon xx

Had the Korean glass skin facial and cant recommend it enough! Dawn also had me so relaxed I fell asleep during it!

The massage and scalp cleanse was amazing. So relaxing, lovely environment and lovely therapist. Would definitely recommend.

As always, I thoroughly enjoyed my treatment with Dawn. Relaxing setting and you do not feel rushed. I always feel relaxed and calm following my treatment.
