Yildiz is very experienced and professional at her job she is extremely knowledgable and has helped me with me more than I could ever thank her for on my Asthetic and health journey. Took my 7 year old in for a wash cut and blow today which was very reasonable at £25.00 but gave £30 with a tip. Looked great but the only criticism I had was there was no communication the whole time we were in there. When you go to a hairdressers especially in the middle of Loughton or any Essex high street you expect a friendly hairdresser that talks to you. There was no communication with me or my child for the whole appointment, just silence. I would come back again but I’d prefer to be spoken to.

Great experience as always! Facials are a 10/10! Would highly recommend 😃

Mel is magic. Completely exceeded my expectations. I usually am really nervous when it comes to getting my hair done, but she made it such a wonderful experience. I felt very well taken care of. I had a really great experience training with her. She was extremely detailed and clearly very knowledgeable about the subject.
