I travelled from Liverpool to begin my skin journey with Sophie, and she did not disappoint! I booked without a consultation, which I was a little nervous. However, after a brief discussion Sophie said I had picked the right treatment to begin with. The room was relaxing and very clean! The warm heat pad on the bed was amazing! A different facial today Dermaplane Left my skin feeling smooth and refreshed Natalia gave me advice on skin care following this type of facial It is necessary to use factor 30 protection for a week due to the nature of the treatment She is so knowledgeable it gives me confidence to try new treatments as I know I'm in safe hands

I had a prescriptive manicure after always struggling with my nails, I’ve now been coming to Poppy for some time now and my nails have not been in such a good for a very long time. She always takes the time to explain what she does & what products she’ll be using and why. She always exceeds my expectations and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails now. I also come to Poppy for my lash lifts, brow waxes and plan on having a facial with her soon. Her customer service is always perfect too, she will have a drink at your request prepared for you which is always nice as I visit after work
