First time having this procedure and It was a great experience, Lita was absolutely amazing , she eased my nerves and explained everything thoroughly. I felt amazing afterwards and 2kg lighter haha what a bonus !! I definitely use the cleanse room again .

All the stress points massage! This is an amazing experience to have, hot oil all over massage, neck, back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs feet, facial, Indian head massage…furry covers, heated bed, starlight….an incredible treat. I book myself payday treatments quite a bit in advance and these appointments then pop up like little gifts from God ❤️

It was a gift for my mum and she loved it, in particular the glow and relax, which she raved about, thanks Dee :) The only criticism she had was the pedicure was a little uncomfortable as there wasn't a proper pedicure chair with sink. But will definitely book a massage again

This was my first time ever having a colonic cleanse and honestly Lita made me feel so at ease with the whole process she explained exactly what was going to happen before hand and also during the appointment. No question was too silly and I felt comfortable talking to Lita about the process too. Would highly recommend as I felt great after and a lot lighter.
