When you visit Fleur you feel as if you are visiting friends but with the added bonus of being totally pampered as well. Cannot recommend this amazing salon highly enough, it's a real gem in Barnstaple. Kitty

Laura was so welcoming during my first dermaplaning session. I will definitely return for some other facials and a massage as Laura noted I had some knots and tension on my shoulders, which I do!! I left feeling so much fresher and relaxed. Thank you, Laura xx

I had three lovely pre-Christmas treatments to ensure my nails, toes and face were in tip top condition. For my toes, this time I chose a silver nail gel from the wide range of colours Carrie has available. My nails had grown quite long and certainly benefitted from Carrie's expert attention, as did my face with a lovely soothing and hydrating facial, all done within the clean, warm and welcoming Salon, appropriately decorated for Christmas but not over the top. 100% satisfied.

I wasn't feeling 100% & Carrie was very kind & understanding when I explained that in connection with my facial, I wouldn't be able to have the massage as my neck & shoulder was tender, so I had the express facial instead & this was lovely. For my pedicure, from the extensive range of gel colour to choose from, I had 'Cleopatra', a gorgeous sparkly golden colour. People continue to make complimentary comments about my fingernails & I am so proud of them - all thanks to Carrie's expert care. People can hardly believe they are my own nails, but with the Gel Builder, it helps them grow strong.

Another lovely morning enjoying having my nails & toes done & also a much needed facial. For my toes, from the huge range of colours to choose, I went for a light brown to reflect the coming of Autumn. My finger nails, which attract a lot of positive comments, are kept in a nice nude colour. Carrie uses a whole range of products for the facial including a honey mask that really suits my skin & helps to re-establish the natural balance which is affected by sun, wind and rain. I had been in an environment where air con had been used & this is not good for skin, so the treatment was spot on.

I enjoyed three treatments with Carrie which involved a pedicure with gel, manicure with gel and a relaxing facial, so I am sorted from head to toe. The facial in particular was just what I needed, not only to treat my skin, but to enjoy some me time after a challenging few weeks. The salon was an oasis of calm, clean, comfortable with subdued lighting and not overpowering music and the variety of quality products used rejuvenated my skin. The treatment also included a theraputic neck, shoulder, hand and arm massage and the whole experience was highly beneficial.

I had three lovely treatments - facial with neck, shoulder and arm massage, pedicure with gel and manicure with gel. A truly relaxing morning and the ultimate luxury of a heated blanket on the couch when I had the facial. During this treatment, I also benefitted from the low lighting, the glow of a candle and unobtrusive music in the background. The salon was warm and comfortable and Carrie was her usual friendly, efficient and professional self.

The treatment was so relaxing and my skin definitely needed it. Carrie uses quality products which my skin really likes, as seen in the results. Not only it is a facial treatment, but a wonderful neck, shoulder, hand and lower arm massage too. My skin isn't oily or greasy afterwards, just glowing and is a real confidence booster. I would thoroughly recommend this very enjoyable hour of 'me' time in a clean and comfortable salon, relaxing lighting and music.

Just what I needed after a hospital stay and where it was necessary to reschedule my original appointment, which was done without any fuss and complete understanding. Carrie was genuinely interested in my health, not just a quick mention but a sincere enquiry taking the time to listen, while she expertly did my pedicure and manicure. My feet and hands look fantastic with sparkly red toes all ready for Christmas and I'm looking forward to 2 more appointments before the big day, a facial and my nails for a refill. It isn't just a business for Carrie, she really cares about her clients.

Wonderful welcome from Carrie and Ziggy the Cockapoo. Exceptionally clean treatment room and very comfortable couch for a very relaxing facial. My pedicure was done in a lovely room where there was plenty of light and Carrie had a large range of Gel colours to choose from, including sparkly which was very important to me. Carrie was very easy to talk to and I felt at home right away. The studio was easy to find, with plenty of parking available nearby. My friend called afterwards and she thought my face was glowing. Would highly recommend Carrie and am looking forward to my next visit.
