Gina is absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. I’ve never felt so comfortable being naked or touched, but somehow she makes you feel completely relaxed and easy to trust during laser hair removal. Kasia was lovely, she explained everything to me and said why she thought the treatment was not for me. She didn’t try and sell her services but recommended somewhere else. For that reason I booked in a facial and Kasia looked over my skin and recommended the best one.

I’m always a bit anxious when it comes to showing my belly and intimate areas, I have always dreaded getting wax, because I have always been very nervous about showing my body hair.. but I didn’t need to worry at all. Kasia made me feel very comfortable, even when it came to having to shave away some of the hair left, I didn’t feel judged or any other negative thing I make up in my head. As for the treatment itself, I had never had laser hair removal before but I didn’t find it unbearable or anything. Just a bit prickly here and there, but so worth it the result I will see!
