I booked a spa package for my mum, sister and myself and had a wonderful time. The staff and treatments were amazing and the facilities were fabulous. Really modern and clean. The view across the coast from the relaxation room was worth the trip alone. We'll definitely be back!

From arriving at the reception at the hotel to leaving everything was perfect. Staff can’t be more helpful throughout the hotel. Treatments were lovely. A treat and warm welcome throughout. I book twice a year and am never disappointed

Fantastic facial with relaxing massage. My skin looked amazing after the treatment. The Soa ladies at Lochgreen are very friendly and welcoming.

I had an amazing facial with Louise. She made me feel so relaxed and my skin was glowing at the end of the treatment. I could not recommend it highly enough!

This was my second treatment at the spa with the same therapist. I thought she wouldn’t be able to surpass yesterday’s experience but I was wrong. Today was a revive and restore facial which includes a scalp massage and hand and arm massage. It was bliss and so skilfully executed by Shona. She was so attentive and really cared that the quality of what she offered was good. I have had a lot of treatments in my time but would say this by far outweighed them all.

My facial with Shona was great.So relaxing and my skin feels so soft and glowing.Also included a scalp massage.Highly recommended the Cyro Globe facial.My skin is sensitive and this was perfect 🤩

Wonderful spa facilities and staff. Thoroughly enjoyed treatments. There were three of us and my mum has not stop raving about her therapist and the facial. Only gave 4 stars as the changing rooms are cold and waited quite a while for afternoon tea to arrive.

Really lovely spa with very friendly staff. Large treatment rooms with good service and amazing products with extra things like tea and a peaceful relaxation area. Our treatments were done by the assistant spa manager and she was super friendly and professional.

We had facials in the spa. The staff, the treatment and the surroundings were all excellent.

Absolutely loved the hotel and spa facilities. Absolutely excellent. Massage was quite fast movements and the body scrub felt a bit rough so first half not very relaxing.But Irana was lovely and the end of the massage slowed down and the facial and head massage was really nice. We chose that treatment as it was the one on offer with the deal. For an hours treatment would have preferred all massage and slower movements . But did feel great afterwards and the relaxation room is superb

Wonderful treatments today - no doubt my best facial ever and all so relaxing. Therapists are so skilled and lovely. Look forward to returning soon.
