I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I booked this facial really last minute as was in need of some TLC - the caption described the service as a ‘cocoon of warmth’ which is exactly what it was. I’ve visited Rachel a few times now for facials and she consistently goes above and beyond. It’s not just a facial, you’re treated to a relaxing head and shoulder massage as well, and I walk out feeling a million pounds . I’ve also started getting my nails done with her and they’re the best they’ve looked in a very long time. Professional, attentive, and genuinely talented, Rachel is brilliant.

Fabulous treatment . I tried one of the new facials that are about to be launched. What a treat. A total ritual . Loved it from start to finish. Beautiful Organic range of products. The treatment included a wonderful steam as part of the exfoliation just delightful. A nourishing mask . A wonderful experience with a super therapist Definitely recommend you trying this ritual.

From the foot soak at the start to the fresh fruit at the end, this was a total experience not just a massage/facial. Alaine takes the time to understand you, your wants and needs and then translate that into a treatment using the most wonderful products. I shall definitely be making this a regular part of my new self care regime

The 90min facial is such a treat and is always amazing! Rebecca is lovely and friendly, always there to advise on regiments and recommend products. Struggle not to fall asleep but always feel relaxed when i leave. Would highly recommend.

Ashleigh’s attention to detail and skill were evident in every step. My facial was gorgeous, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. Just had a wonderful facial and eyebrow tint. Facial was wonderful and so relaxing included a lovely head neck and shoulder/ arm massage which was extra treat. Im so pleased with my eyebrow tint ...i have a fuller eyebrow now which im so happy about. Ana talked me though every part of treatments which was very reassuring. I have had 3 pregnancy treatments with Sarah. 2 massages and a facial. They've all been wonderfully relaxing and Sarah has given me some advice on some stretches that have helped with my aches and pains and made it feel like baby has a bit more space. My only complaint - the time goes too fast!!
