Katrina is just brilliant. Not only is she a very proficient masseuse, but it’s the little things that make the experience not just good but great. A warm pillow under the feet, a heated eye pillow to dim the light and help relaxation, warm towels, a foot scrub ritual to cleanse the feet when it could have simply been a wet cloth…. All of these add to the pampering and relaxation. A wonderful treatment and experience. Thank you

Dermapen. I've already had two Dermapen facial sessions. I'm delighted with the results; my skin is radiant, more elastic, and absorbs skincare products better. Overall, it really improves my well-being. Jola performs the treatment very gently, with great care and maintaining high levels of hygiene in the workplace. She also answers all questions, which is very important for such treatments. I highly recommend it.

Another fabulous treatment - this time a 75 min facial followed by brow tint and tidy (threading). Super location with free parking, welcoming atmosphere and Jess genuinely knows her craft and I feel 10 yes younger. Amazing head massage as part of the facial and being cocooned in a warm snuggly blanket with hot stones 'doing their magic' made it even more wonderful. Just Jess is part of my wellbeing plan for 2026 and beyond - thank you so much Jess x

I had such a lovely massage and facial experience. The room was incredibly cosy and relaxing, and the massage bed was honestly the comfiest I’ve ever been on. From the moment I stepped through the door at Just Jess I knew I was in kind, careful and healing hands. Tucked into a warm, soothing blanket ready for my hot stone treatment, I immediately felt like one of the baby wallaby/kangaroo I had seen on holiday in Australia! Snug, warm and settled in a safe space. My treatment was amazing and followed by a facial - reminding me that self care is so very important for a variety of reasons. I will definitely be booking a treatment on a monthly basis and cannot recommend Jess enough. Kind, bubbly, welcoming and most definitely amazing at what she does.
