I had the most wonderful lymphatic drainage massage with Madi and honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and i generally felt so much better. Madi is lovely, knowledgeable and clearly really cares about what she does, taking the time to explain the treatment and make sure everything is tailored to you. Such a lovely experience from start to finish and definitely something I’ll be booking again. If you’re in the Stratford-upon-Avon area and considering lymphatic drainage massage, I would absolutely recommend Skin by Madi.

I've been having HydroFacials and dermaplaning with Charlotte, and I honestly can't recommend her enough. She is incredibly knowledgeable and always takes the time to personalise each treatment to exactly what my skin needs at that moment. I never feel like I'm just having a standard facial – every appointment is tailored specifically to me. On top of that, Charlotte is so warm and welcoming that every visit feels like catching up with a friend. I leave not only with glowing skin but also feeling completely relaxed and uplifted.

Dreamy personalised facial with Charlotte today, dermaplaning followed by a gentle chemical peel which has left my skin dewy and glowing. Thank you so much! I had such a fantastic experience with Charlotte! The facial was an absolute 10/10 , she gave me amazing advice tailored to my skin and addressed all of my concerns with such expertise. Charlotte is incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease. The back massage was so relaxing (and very much needed!), and my lashes look absolutely gorgeous. My friend and I booked deluxe head spa for 2 as our birthday treat…what an amazing day it turned out to be. We were greeted at the door, made feel relaxed from the start, the room and all the facilities were clean and extremely welcoming. The actual spa was beyond our expectations, relaxing, moisturising, nourishing and very, very enjoyable! We finished off in the front garden with herbal tea in the sun ☺️ couldn’t ask for more!

I've been wanting and waiting for a Japanese head spa for such a long time and it definitely lived up to it! The room was beautifully lit and ready and the whole experience was just what I needed to wind down! Highly recommend coming here and enjoying this amazing treatment.

A beautiful setting, a gorgeous treatment room and such a relaxing experience from start to finish. Kerry was so warm and welcoming, and the Indian head massage was amazing. I loved the added leave-in hair treatment too, such a thoughtful touch. I would highly recommend!

Wow! My first time having this treatment and it did not disappoint. I have been wanting one of these for a long time now and I wish I could have one done weekly! Hannah was very professional and super friendly during the whole process. She made me feel comfortable and came across confident in what she was doing. She explained the steps as she was doing it and made me feel so relaxed. I will 100% be booking in again for this treatment. My hair feels and smells amazing, so shiny and so soft.
