I cannot recommend Emma enough!! She is the loviest person and made me feel at ease straight away! I have just left after having a 2 hour pamper session (massage and facial) and feel like a new person!!! I booked in last minute and she was able to accommodate me, asked and listened to my needs! I had two treatments with Shannon over consecutive days. Press therapy and a facial. She took great care to explain the treatments and what to expect. She tailored the facial which I really appreciated. Great salon and very calming. I’ll visit again when I’m next in Plymouth.

As always, thorough treatment by Nancy. Such a relaxing atmosphere always, never rushed. Feels like I’m walking on air after my luxury pedicure and nail varnish. The salon is always spotless and inviting.. All booked in for a facial, and luxury pedicure etc. for next time and a haircut in a few weeks .. the stylist and beauty therapists.. all great and friendly.

Anna is a wonderful hairdresser and colourist. I live in London and I now book my hair cuts and highlights in with her when I am in Plymouth. She cut my nine year old’s hair today and she was so kind and takes such care in her work - my daughter loves the cut!!

I had a lifting and circulation facial today, and I’m genuinely amazed at how much better my skin looks. My face feels lighter, firmer, and so much more awake. The massage techniques were incredibly relaxing, and I left with a natural glow I wasn’t expecting. Such a beautiful treatment — I’d definitely have it again.

Nicole was really friendly and welcoming, as a first time client I instantly felt relaxed. The salon itself was a lovely space with low light and mood music which set the scene perfectly. The massage was fantastic and the facial was lovely. Nicole recommended after treatments for my next visit to focus on my problem areas and I have come home and rebooked already!

My skin has been looking and feeling really awful recently so l decided to treat myself. On Laura’s advice I had the million dollar mini facial. Wow my skin feels great even several days later, the improvement is brilliant. Laura as always was lovely and l have already booked in a second appointment! 😀

I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁

Had a fantastic facial with Carra. She tells you what she is doing and makes you feel so at ease that when she left me for 10 minutes with a mask on, I had a snooze!
