Kate has literally transformed my skin and my confidence. When I first found Kate I was suffering with awful redness, rashes and spots and my confidence was at its lowest. I had monthly facials with Kate and she gave me an at home routine that has completely transformed my skin in a year. I now go makeup free most days and I look forward to my monthly trips to see Kate, who is so friendly and welcoming. I had my FIRST EVER microdermabrasion session with Cait today and I can’t recommend it enough. She has the most relaxing and calm space and I left feeling so much better. Skin is glowing and looking amazing and I can’t get back in that seat quick enough.

Had a wonderful experience today - I won the winter rest package experience through a local radio competition and it was such a lovely experience - I had never experienced any type of massage therapy before and I came away feeling very relaxed and refreshed and much more connected to my body too!
