Only my second laser treatment but can see a difference in the hair growth. Not painful and as an older lady don’t feel embarrassed. I have full body done. It’s a beautiful salon in Harrogate and 100% recommend the treatment. Emily is also very knowledgeable about aches and pains and advises the best treatment.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a sanctuary of peace and care in Harrogate.

Jemma is absolutely amazing at what she does. I’ve visited several hairdressers in Harrogate over the years who have completely ignored my preferences. As a blonde, I like my hair to be a certain tone and she mastered that perfectly. She is extremely meticulous, thorough and knowledgeable however doesn’t leave you in the chair for hours. My visit to the salon is always lovely, and Jemma is a pleasure to chat too. Bonus is, she’s very reasonably priced! I’m so pleased I’ve found my new hairdresser forever!

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. Having moved to Harrogate I was looking for a new salon and I’m so pleased I came across shade. Millie is lovely! The salon is beautiful and such a warm atmosphere with a great service.
