I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Emily really put me at ease from the start. It was my first ever facial (I'm in my 30s), she explained everything clearly. She was very gentle, explained the reason for my skin concerns and what I can do to improve my skin. She gave me her recommendations but didn't push me to buy.
