I had the most relaxing few hours a ōm holistic for a fully body massage and head/scalp massage - I practically floated out of there. Alaine is a wonderful therapist, and takes the time to understand you, your aims for the treatment, and gives you plenty of time to relax both before and after. The setting is beautiful too, I couldn't recommend more!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had and I’ve had quite a few Thai massages. What sets Urai apart is her ability to read your body, knowing exactly when to apply deeper pressure and when a gentler touch is needed. I arrived feeling quite unwell, with significant tension in my neck and back that was even making me feel sick. By the time I left, I felt far more relaxed and noticed an immediate improvement. Urai also understood that a very deep massage wouldn’t have helped in my case and could have made things worse rather than better.

If I could give Alaine 10 stars I would. I had the lymphatic massage along with the head and crown ritual and it was glorious. The setting was stunning and packed with little extra touches such as foot soak, post treatment snack and tea, little card and eye patches to take away. My experience finished at around 9:30, popped my PJs on and headed home straight to bed for the most restful and relaxing sleep I have had a long time. Thank you 💫💛

I had such a wonderful experience at Holistic Head Spa! The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing and the whole experience felt incredibly calming from start to finish. The treatment was soothing and I left feeling refreshed, relaxed and completely pampered. I would definitely recommend Holistic Head Spa to anyone looking for a little self care and relaxation. Rene went through questions and an assesment with me before the massage was started, and she then did a great job of helping to ease the problems that I came to her with. Rene has a great relaxing space that she works in, and she is friendly and helpful. I can feel that she has loosened me up, and I know that tomorrow I will feel much better. I very much recommend Rene, and I will be booking in regularly now that I have found her.

Wow wow wow! Had the pregnancy ritual with Alaine today and it was simply amazing. She had really thought of every detail and nothing was too much trouble. The massage itself was just wonderful and exactly what I needed this late in pregnancy. The setting was gorgeous, so serene and relaxing. I will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at the head spa, the attention to detail was amazing, the location is fabulous, on arrival i was offered herbal tea, whilst having a foot soak with rose petals to totally relax me before the treatment started. The headspa was wonderful, so relaxing i totally drifted off, my hair & scalp felt amazing after, having suffered with a dry/flaky scalp for the last few months I feel its cured! The therapist Sandra was fab ,so welcoming & great at what she does, she has magical hands☺️, would highly recommend x

What an absolute gem of beauticians. I had the mos amazing facial. Products felt incredible in my skin and the techniques of massage to apply the products were so therapeutic and relaxing. I was lovely and warm under heated blankets on a heated bed with a gorgeous candle scent with relaxing music and a very ambient atmosphere.

Had a fabulous massage with Rene today! Very professional and easy to chat to and her wealth of knowledge and experience was very evident. At the end of my treatment Rene showed me certain exercises to do at home and help with the pain. Felt so much better when I left and will definitely be booking another appointment soon!
