I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Just had the BEST facial with Becca and I am obsessed! She is so good at what she does — super knowledgeable but also just makes you feel totally comfortable the whole time. I was so relaxed I could’ve taken a nap right there. My skin feels amazing and I left literally glowing. Becca has the magic touch and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend if you need some self-care!

I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

Fantastic sugaring results ! So pleased ,, way better than waxing , no broken stubby bits , sooo smooth ! Lovely lady , so professional, calming and welcoming, beautifully clean premises and it smells lovely ! Can’t recommend highly enough, Will defo be back
