I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. Nails 💅, & Gel toes with pedicure.. just bliss.. fabulous colours, "Donut"on my fingers & "In Bloom" on my toes. Pedicure was so needed, very relaxing 😌 I also have to mention Skin Care, which Emily has given me professional advice on & works with "Dermatologica. I will admit that the packaging/branding put me off as it didn't catch my eye, but I will admit it's the best skin care I have ever used. My skin feels amazing, will definitely keep using. Highly recommend to try. Perfect 🤩, thank you 🌷🥰
