I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

Samantha is lovely, warm & friendly. Her sugaring skills are phenomenal, she is incredibly gentle yet thorough. Her threading is also brilliant, gentle yet precise. An almost totally pain free experience!

I took my Mum to NOVU in Harrogate to have her nails done as a present for her 95th birthday and she had a wonderful experience from the minute she arrived. Her Beauty Therapist, Alex, was so kind to my Mum and dealt with her so professionally. Mum is thrilled with her sparkling pink nails and is looking forward to her next visit.

Had my legs waxed today by Alex who was just lovely and did an excellent job preparing my legs for summer. Would definitely recommend her and this gorgeous salon in the heart of glorious Harrogate

Great treatment with Sinead. It was my first time having lip filler and Sinead made me feel at ease through out the whole process. It wasn’t painful, and the results are stunning, she listened to exactly what I asked for. The salon is very upbeat, welcoming, and a great new addition to Harrogate ❤️

I’ve been going to see Charlotte for a number of years, and I now will never go to anyone else. My nails always last, they’re so chic and my brows consistently get a compliment! The salon refurb is perfection. It’s classic, chic and just cool. Exactly what was needed and I can’t believe how amazing it is. Spa vibes, and you leave feeling cooler then you arrived.
