I started seeing Sarah in my second trimester, and she has supported me all the way through postpartum, to over a year later! She is incredibly knowledgeable about prenatal and postnatal care, and always adapts each session to exactly what my body needs. I love that she always has some handy tips for stretches at the end of our sessions too. I always leave feeling SO much better. She’s not only highly skilled but also funny, professional, and genuinely caring. I’m so grateful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone, especially mums-to-be or new mums with those chronic niggles!

I always feel safe and held when I visit the Bothy whatever treatment I have. This time it was Reflexology. I wish I could express it better but if you haven't tried it before, I can't rate it high enough. For me, it releases so much of what I don't know I am holding and Alaine always manages to know what is going on in my body before I tell her. Such an important part of finding time and putting myself first.

From the foot soak at the start to the fresh fruit at the end, this was a total experience not just a massage/facial. Alaine takes the time to understand you, your wants and needs and then translate that into a treatment using the most wonderful products.
