I'm really happy I visited Lucy at Novu Harrogate. I needed some good gel application for my weakened nails. She was gentle and meticulous with cuticle work, gave me great advice, and applied BIAB with care and precision. I was also served tea and biscuits, and even though I was a last-minute client on a Friday night, I didn't feel rushed. The place is clean and looks professional too.

It’s lovely to see Rachael’s new business has taken her to one of the best postcodes in Harrogate, central, easy to park and lovely premises. As usual, my builder gel and brow treatments were exceptional, I highly recommend Rachael’s talent. I've been to a few beauty therapist in my time for my facials but no-one beats Lucia in her warm, professional ,perfectionist manner and who always gives that little bit more for you to float out the salon relaxed,pampered and with amazing skin ,nails,lashes,brows,waxing and I haven't found a product that matches Germaine either.5⭐️

I have the facial when I visit Becca at No 19, and can honestly say it’s the best facial I’ve ever had. The room is lovely, the bed is so comfortable, the ambience is so relaxing and Becca is amazing at her craft! The attention to detail is amazing; from the cleansing and toning, to the foot massage where Becca could identify I need to work on breathing techniques through her reflexology knowledge, to the massage of my ear, neck, shoulder and jaw … this facial is a holistic experience leaving me so relaxed I always nod off! Can’t recommend highly enough.

The 90min facial is such a treat and is always amazing! Rebecca is lovely and friendly, always there to advise on regiments and recommend products. Struggle not to fall asleep but always feel relaxed when i leave. Would highly recommend.

Nails 💅, & Gel toes with pedicure.. just bliss.. fabulous colours, "Donut"on my fingers & "In Bloom" on my toes. Pedicure was so needed, very relaxing 😌 I also have to mention Skin Care, which Emily has given me professional advice on & works with "Dermatologica. I will admit that the packaging/branding put me off as it didn't catch my eye, but I will admit it's the best skin care I have ever used. My skin feels amazing, will definitely keep using. Highly recommend to try. Perfect 🤩, thank you 🌷🥰

I have been seeing Lucia for years and she is amazing! She is incredibly warm & welcoming, and her waxing is the best in Harrogate.

I had a fantastic leg waxing treatment and couldn’t be happier with the results. The process was quick, professional, and far less painful than I expected. My skin feels incredibly smooth, and the results look clean and even. Ana was friendly, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I’ll definitely be returning for my next appointment. I had a legs and bikini wax today with Rebecca, and she was absolutely lovely! I felt at ease straight away—she made the whole experience so comfortable.
