The most perfectly relaxing experience from start to finish. The location, the welcome, consultation, beautifully well thought iut space, the treatment itself was utter bliss, and time to chill out and gather myself at the end. I will absolutely be returning. Felt very looked after and calm. Which is exactly what I was looking for. Skin feels beautiful. Lovely products.

Absolutely wonderful treatment with Ashleigh. Her room is so cosy and warm and felt so relaxed from the minutes I arrived. Ashleigh talked me through everything and answered any questions I had. She is really knowledgeable on the subject of skin care. The treatment itself was so relaxing. I had microneedling and an Indian Head Massage and I didn't want to leave at the end. Highly recommend booking in with Ashleigh.

I always feel so relaxed after a treatment from ōm Holistic but this felt like a whole different experience. Every single detail from arrival to leaving is thought of to set you at ease. The most beautiful thing for me was how the space was considered, with natural sunlight and soft textures throughout. The reflexology treatment was amazing as always, but this felt like the whole space was created to make me feel safe, grounded and relaxed. So incredible.

I had the best experience at Petite Retreat with Ashleigh. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and friendly attitude. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and provided expert advice tailored to my needs. The treatment itself was flawless. Ashleigh’s attention to detail and skill were evident in every step. My facial was gorgeous, I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. The salon is clean and has a relaxing atmosphere, making the whole experience even more enjoyable (it also smells amazing!! ) I’ll definitely be returning!

I came to visit at the new place and I was so impressed every thing was great I loved the swing and Elaine is such a lovely lady. I cannot wait to come back to her for something else ps, please do a pedicure at the bothy. The whole ambience of the settings was just amazing the lovely shaggy rug at the stairs wa sso relaxing. Me and my sister really enjoyed our experience wish you all the best for the future and will definitely be recommending you to people as you are so great at your work and are so kind and caring just what you need when you want to relax and wind down away from it all xxxx

Just love my visits to Phakapant. If there was an award for the therapist who can discover the most knots on your body she would win it. Just the right amount of Kindess with pressure and just the right amount of chat vs relaxation .

Fabulous treatment . I tried one of the new facials that are about to be launched. What a treat. A total ritual . Loved it from start to finish. Beautiful Organic range of products. The treatment included a wonderful steam as part of the exfoliation just delightful. A nourishing mask . A wonderful experience with a super therapist Definitely recommend you trying this ritual.

I had such a wonderful experience at The Bothy – A Sanctuary by Ōm Holistic. The atmosphere is incredibly calming, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to create a truly relaxing environment. Alaine was warm, attentive, and highly skilled, which made the whole session feel personalized and deeply restorative. I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed. The Bothy is such a unique calm and comforting space, with the closest attention to the most beautiful details. There is no rushing, complete stillness and the most incredible facial with the most thoughtful finishing touches. Everyone should try The Bothy!

Just had an Express BioRePeel done with Ashleigh and I cannot recommend enough. The petite retreat is a lovely comfy space, very clean and smelt gorgeous. Really happy with the results so far, my face feels so fresh and glowy. Ashleigh is very welcoming and friendly, her extensive knowledge on skin/skincare shows how much passion she has and it really shows in her work. Will definitely be returning for more treatments. Thank you so much!

My friend and I had such a lovely morning here! We did the two souls experience - I had the facial (which I always get because they're so good!) and my friend had the reflexology which she said was great. It was such a relaxing experience. The space is beautiful, the extra touches like the foot bath, gowns, slippers, drinks and snacks were such and nice touch. We took a book and read while the other had their tretment, and it was so nice to just be able to switch of and relax. Alaine, as always, was so welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend in you want a few hours of 'me time'!

Ashleigh is soo great at what she does, takes the time to listen to my concerns with my skin, and tailors the facial to exactly what I need! Her cabin is so lovely and relaxing - couldn’t recommend Petite Retreat more!! ✨
