Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I was struggling with my rehab and had reached a blocker. Fares was patient and really spent time understanding what was causing the block and adjusted my program. It was great being with a therapist that actually treats the person that is in front of them rather than trying to fit you into a predefined approach. I have been working with Craig for a number of months to correct a training injury. Craig has been attentive, knowledgeable and adaptable during the course of rehab. His responsiveness as rehab has progressed has prevented stagnation and I am back training regularly again! I cannot recommend Craig highly enough. After developing knee pain while running, I sought his help and was impressed by his thorough, professional and knowledgeable approach. Rather than simply treating symptoms, Craig took the time to carry out a detailed assessment, identifying the root cause of the problem as IT band syndrome. His clinic treatment, clear home rehab plan and targeted hip/glute strengthening, mobility and stretching work made a huge difference to my rehabilitation. With his guidance and structured running plan, I completed the Manchester Half last weekend injury free.

I’ve been seeing Ryan for sports massage therapy for many years and highly recommend him. He has helped me with everything from general maintenance to injuries, getting me to the start line of multiple ultra trail and marathon running events. Ryan is professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable, explaining how the body works and why injuries occur. He provides tailored rehab exercises after each session. My son, a dancer, also sees him and benefits greatly. Excellent service at a very reasonable cost.

I had my first appointment/consultation with Ryan, I have calcific tendonitis on my right shoulder and have been struggling for months. Ryan is very welcoming and friendly, he explained the process of shockwave therapy very well, we went through a rehabilitation program, I am very impressed with the quality of service and knowledge. I have booked another 4 shockwave therapy sessions, looking forward to getting rid of this problem. Highly recommend M20 performance!

Had Nubhi as my therapist and all I can say was she was absolutely amazing 👏. Had 1.5 hour relaxing massage and she focused on the areas I asked her too. Best Thai massage that I've ever had! Today, I had the opportunity to receive a sports massage treatment along with shock wave therapy. The therapist was dedicated and worked diligently to help alleviate my muscle tension. Moreover, he provided guidance on stretching techniques to enhance my range of movement. I found the treatment to be excellent, and I appreciated the therapist's thorough understanding of the recovery process, which he shared with me. Additionally, I was kindly offered a complimentary Kangen water to support my recovery. I am truly grateful for the quality of service providedI will rebook again.

I have just completed a series of 3 massage sessions for scar therapy. During this time I have experienced a reduction in tightness of the muscles adjacent to the scar, a reduction in swelling of both the scar site and the surrounding tissue and an increase in abdominal comfort (as the scar is across the abdominal area). I believe this has allowed me to progress my rehabilitation exercises quicker than I expected and will help me return to my previous fitness levels safely and speedily.

Always friendly and efficient at reception. A while ago now but very effective, healing treatment from massage therapist (sorry, don't remember his name).
