I had a soft tissue massage with Sarah today and would highly recommend. I felt I had quite a lot of tension and Sarah really worked into the areas that needed it - my body has been very grateful for releasing some of that tightness! We also had a good chat during the appointment, which made the experience feel really relaxed and personal. Sarah was lovely, friendly and professional, and I’ll definitely be going back.

An outstanding massage therapist who truly listens to client needs. Sarah adapts each session to what will benefit the most, I always leave feeling fully refreshed and revitalised. I have some on-going issues that Sarah always works with, and around, to help me feel my best at the end of every session. Highly recommended both for specific, targeted soft tissue therapy and a deeply relaxing massage.
