Swedish is the basis of every massage technique and can be light or slightly firm in pressure. Many are still in use today and with good reason. In an age of the modern 100 mile an hour living with technical and at times, impersonal medicine, massage offers a drug-free, non-invasive and holistic approach based on the body's natural ability to heal itself.

Previous polish is removed. Nails are shaped and cuticles tidied... Finished with Nail Strengthener, Polish or Gel Polish of your choice. PLEASE NOTE: Previous polish applied by us will be removed free of charge. An additional charge of £5 will be added for removal of polish that has been applied elsewhere

We use only the best, natural and organic products for our waxing treatments. Here at the Natural Body Cafe we endeavour to use the best and most natural products to compliment the body and skin. Our wax products are from Outback Organics, a U.K. based company using innovative natural extracts from the coastline, forests and bush lands of Australia. Outback Organics is a botanical skin care with an Aussie twist. The plant oils and extracts are chosen to enhance the Outback Organic range. They are selected for their healing, soothing and nourishing properties. We use Outback Organics hard wax or hot wax (as its better known) which is much gentler on the skin as it adheres to each individual hair shrink wrapping it without causing trauma to the skin. This wax is used for more intimate areas, while the Outback Organics roller waxes are used on the larger areas such as legs.
