Using smooth and slow activity to release muscular tension.  Slow rhythmic circular movements charge the body with healing energy.  In addition, the treatment of selected acupressure points balance the energy

Acupressure Head and Face Massage

This treatment incorporates your chosen massage with the inclusion of cupping and/or acupuncture and / or Dry needling rolled into one. This is a multi modal massage which will treat all areas of the body according to your requirements and needs. This can be booked as Sports Massage, Deep Tissue or Swedish. Just add in the notes as much information as possible. 

This treatment is available for 60 and 90 minutes.

Optimum Massage 

This healing session is perfect for women who are going through transitions, either into perimenopause, who are in menopause, Premenstrual,  or at a time of feeling mentally or hormonally unbalanced with everything that your life brings to you when you have to juggle so much. The acupuncture treatment has been designed to combat when you’re suffering from even just one or many symptoms that are getting in the way of who you are, who you used to be, and what is preventing you from getting on with your full life. Addressing general tiredness, clearing heat from the body, calming your mind, dry skin and hair, musculoskeletal stiffness, pain, cramping of the abdomen, headaches, anxiety, and mood swings, to help boost your metabolism and detox the body to aid in weight loss and claiming back some vitality. 

Included is Reiki to truly bring your body drifting into relaxation and repair.

First Treatment

This is the most relaxing massage but so  - I get asked for neck and scalp but not often enough so I have devised  this as a named treatment because we forget our scalps and how effective a good neck and scalp massage can be for tension release, headaches, recovery from colds and coughs, stress and tension. There are so many layers of fascia and muscle that continues into the scalp from the face and neck. This is a perfectly firm massage to address all of these issues and leave you feeling floating out the door

Neck to Scalp

Acrylic cups applied to the surface of the skin to treat tension, inflammation and ad relaxation, with assisted movement around the joints. This improves circulation and increases blood flow. It can produce the same effects as a deep tissue with out the pressure
