Delete client profiles
In this guide, you’ll learn how to remove clients from your workspace if they no longer book with you or request to be removed from your client list.
Delete a single client
- Open a client's profile from your Client list.
- In the client view, click on Actions and select Delete client.
- Click on Delete in the pop-up to confirm.
Once deleted, the client will be removed from your client list, but their past sales, appointments, and reviews remain in your workspace.
Delete multiple clients
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Above the client list, next to Client name tick the check box to select all clients or select specific clients individually.
- Click on the Delete Button above the client list to remove the client profiles.
- In the pop-up, click on Delete to reconfirm.
Once deleted, the selected clients will be removed from your client list, but their past appointments will remain in your workspace.
FAQs
If a team member deleted the profile, their name will appear in the deleted client's profile under the Client details tab. If no name is shown, it means the client deleted their own Fresha account.
If you accidentally delete a client and need help recovering their information, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Deleting a blocked client will remove the block, allowing them to book online with you again. If you want to prevent a client from booking in the future, it’s best to keep their profile and use the block feature instead of deleting it.
