Exporting your client list gives you a comprehensive overview of your client database. Learn how to export your client list and effectively review, edit, and update key information.
Exporting your client list
Regularly exporting and reviewing your client list is good practice, especially before launching marketing campaigns or sending out notifications.
To export your client list:
- Open your Clients list.
- Duplicate client profiles will be highlighted at the top of the page. Click on Review & merge to combine these.
- Select Options and choose to Export your client list in either Excel or CSV format.
The file will download to your device where you can open and view the data.
Changes made to client profiles after exporting won't update the exported file automatically. Re-export your list after updates to keep it current.

Once you’ve found the appointments you need, click the Export button in the top right and choose your preferred format from PDF, CSV, or Excel.
