Manage client rewards
Manage client rewards
In this guide, you'll learn how to add and manage client rewards in their wallet.
How do rewards work
Rewards are discounts or free items you can give to clients for any reason, such as a thank-you. They’re added directly to the client’s wallet and can be applied at checkout.
They are fully customisable, so you choose the value any conditions like a minimum spend. Clients can view their available rewards in their wallet.
There are four types of rewards clients can receive:
- Amount discount: A fixed rate discount, such as $5 or $10 off.
- Percentage discount: A percentage rate discount, for example, 10% off.
- Free service: A complimentary service offered to clients.
- Free product: A product given to clients for free.
Adjust a client's rewards
- Open the client's profile from your Client list.
- In the menu panel of the client's profile view, select Wallet to view the client's rewards on the right.
- Choose one of the following actions to adjust the client’s rewards:
- Add rewards: Click on the Actions button in the top right of the client's profile view and select Add reward from the panel to manually assign a new reward to the client.
- Remove rewards: Under Rewards, click on a reward you want to remove. In the pop-up, click on the Remove button to permanently remove it from the client's wallet. Select Remove again to reconfirm.
- Add rewards: Click on the Actions button in the top right of the client's profile view and select Add reward from the panel to manually assign a new reward to the client.
Newly added rewards will appear in the client’s wallet and can be used at checkout. You can click on any reward to view details like its expiry or minimum spend. Once a reward is removed, it will no longer be visible in the client's wallet.

FAQs
Yes, you can customize point values for different services by creating multiple, specific rewards. When setting up Loyalty points, you'll choose which services, products, memberships, or gift cards are eligible for redemption. To apply different point values to different services, you’ll need to create separate rewards for each one, assigning unique points requirements for redemption of each reward.
A sliding scale reward lets your clients exchange points in increments, giving them flexibility to choose how many points they want to spend. For example, if you set the reward as 100 points = $1 off, and a client has 500 points, they can exchange anywhere from 100 to 500 points to get up to a $5 discount at checkout. This makes it easy for clients to use their points gradually while still enjoying their rewards.
