View client history
In this guide, you’ll learn how to access and manage a client’s full history, including their appointments, sales, and purchased items.
How client history works
When you go to the Client list, you can view key details at a glance, including contact information, total sales, reviews, and the date the client was added. Open the client’s profile to access their full history, where you can switch between tabs for Appointments, Sales, and sold Items.
View a client's appointment history
- Open a client's profile from your Client list.
- In the menu panel of the client view, click on Appointments to view a full list of past and upcoming appointments.
- Use the filters to view All or Completed appointments.
- For more detailed filtering, click on More to view appointments by status, including Confirmed, Arrived, Started, Cancelled or No show.

- Depending on the appointment status, the following actions are available:
- Access the appointment: Click on any appointment to open and access the full appointment view.
- Checkout: For Confirmed or Started appointments, click on the Checkout button to access Fresha's point of sale.
- View sale: After an appointment is Completed, view and manage the sale linked to that appointment.
- Rebook: To schedule a new appointment after a Completed one, click on the Rebook button and select a new timeslot in your calendar.
Once selected, the appointment will open in full view, where you can review details or take further actions depending on its status.
View a client's sales history
- Open a client's profile from your Client list.
- In the menu panel of the client view, click on Sales to view a full list of the client's sales history.
- Use the filters to view All, Paid, and Draft sales.
- For more detailed filtering, click on More to view sales by status, including Unpaid, Part paid, Refunded, or Voided.
- For more detailed filtering, click on More to view sales by status, including Unpaid, Part paid, Refunded, or Voided.
To view full details of a specific sale, select it to open the sale's record. From there, you can review the items, payment method, and any associated notes.
View a client's sold items
- Open a client's profile from your Client list.
- In the menu panel of the client view, click on Items to view a full list of the clients' sold Items.
- Select one of the following from the menu bar at the top:
- Products: Click on the Sell button to open the point of sale and sell the product again, or click on the View sale button to access and manage the sale details.
- Memberships: Click on the Pause/Resume button to update the membership status and send a note to the client. Use the Renew button to restart a cancelled or expired membership, and the Details button to view full information, including the activity log.
- Services: Click on the View sale button to view more details and manage the service sale.
