Create client profiles
In this guide, you’ll learn how to add clients to your workspace by creating profiles to store all their information in one place.
You can create a client profile while scheduling an appointment, creating a sale, or through your client list.
- When scheduling an appointment, click on Add client, then select Add new client from the left panel of the appointment view.
- In the Add a new client view, enter the client's name, email address, and phone number to create a basic profile.
- Click on the Add button in the top of the view to save the client's profile.
Once created, the client’s profile will appear in your Clients list and can be used when booking appointments or creating a sale. You can update the profile at any time by selecting it from your client list.
Client contact details are used for appointment updates, as well as promotional emails, and texts. It’s important to add them so they don’t miss any notifications.

Yes, you can add multiple clients to Fresha at once using the Import clients feature.
The "New" label indicates that the client hasn’t yet completed their first appointment or made a purchase. It’s removed automatically once their first visit or transaction is completed.
Yes, the client’s contact details are shown at the top of their profile. You can click the email address to send an email or tap the phone number to call or text on a mobile device.
