Create client profiles
Create client profiles
In this guide, you’ll learn how to add clients to your workspace by creating profiles to store all their information in one place.
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- In the top right of the client list, click on the Add button to create a new client profile.
- In the Add a new client view, enter the client's name, email address, and phone number to create a basic profile.
- Click on the Add button in the top of the view to save the client's profile.
Once the client's profile has been created, it will appear in your client list. The contact information you add will be used to send appointment updates and any promotional emails and texts to the client. You can update the profile at any time by selecting it from the client list.

Yes, you can add multiple clients to Fresha at once using the Import clients feature.
The "New" label indicates that the client hasn’t yet completed their first appointment or made a purchase. It’s removed automatically once their first visit or transaction is completed.
Yes, the client’s contact details are shown at the top of their profile. You can click the email address to send an email or tap the phone number to call or text on a mobile device.
