Block clients from booking
Restrict online booking for clients who have missed multiple appointments or haven't followed our guidelines. Learn how to block clients and keep your team informed with the details.
Blocking clients
Clients won't be made aware that they have been blocked. Instead, when they try to book, they'll see "Time slot unavailable" and be asked to contact you by phone.
To block a client:
- Open your Clients list and select the client.
- From the client profile, select Actions, then Block client.
- Choose a reason and click Block.
The blocked status will appear on the client’s profile and your calendar.
Unblocking clients
Once you unblock a client, they can book online and manage appointments again.
To unblock a client:
- Open your Clients list and select the blocked client.
- From the client profile, select Actions, then Unblock client.
- Select Unblock to reconfirm you want to proceed.
The blocked status will be removed from their profile and your calendar.
