Block clients from booking
In this guide, you’ll learn how to block clients to manage who can book with your business.
How blocking clients works
Blocking a client stops them from booking appointments with your business online. They will remain in your Client list so you can keep a full history of their activity. Blocked clients are not notified.
When they try to book, they’ll see “Time slot unavailable” and be prompted to contact you by phone.
- Open a client's profile from your Client list.
- In the client view, click on Actions and select Block client.
- In the Block client pop-up, select a blocking reason.
- Click on the Block button to confirm.
Once blocked, the client will no longer be able to book with your business. Their profile will remain in your Client list with the block status visible to your team. To unblock the client, follow the same steps and select Unblock from the Actions menu.
Block multiple clients
- From the main menu on the left of your screen, go to Clients.
- Above the Client list, next to Client name tick the check box to select all clients or select specific clients individually.
- Click on the Bulk edit button and select Block customers from the panel.
- In the Block clients pop-up, select a blocking reason.
- Tap on the Block button to confirm.
Once blocked, the clients will no longer be able to book with your business. Their profile will remain in your Client list with the block status visible to your team. To unblock the clients, follow the same steps and select Unblock customers from Actions.

Yes, you can block or unblock a client directly from their appointment in your calendar. Open the appointment and click on the client's name to view their profile. From there, select Actions and choose Block client.
