Brilliant! What I appreciated most was the Katherine’s attention to detail and ability to find the problem spots without me having to say a word. My range of motion improved immediately, and I left feeling refreshed, with much less stiffness in my neck and shoulders. This was honestly one of the best sports massages I’ve had, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone dealing with muscle tension or looking to improve mobility. I’ll definitely be booking another session soon!

Great massage! I changed my mind about the type of massage I'd originally booked but Gabby was totally lovely about it. I usually struggle to get up from the massage bed afterwards with a stiff back but not this time! The bed was so comfortable and warm and the room setting was perfect. Very relaxing. I feel like a new woman 🥰. Thank you Gabby, I'll be back 💆‍♀️
