Amazing team. Such welcoming lovely ladies. Jenna has worked a miracle on my hair. What she started with was awful but after 9hrs across 2 sessions she created a miracle. Hugely recommend. Moved to Norwich from Essex 4 years ago and finally I have found a hairdressers that's the quality of us Essex girls. 5* all day long. Xx

Rachel is brilliant, her knowledge of her skill is amazing , she listens to what you want and explains different options that would be good and great for your skin . Rachel also makes you feel relaxed because you know your getting a professional treatment, I have rebooked with Rachel and she is organising a facial plan personally for me .the salon is bright and very friendly and your always welcomed with big smiles.

The Reset is such an amazing facial. I was so relaxed I think I even fell asleep at one point! Natasha was fantastic, as always, and made me feel so special and looked after. I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered.

Had a roots touch-up and my eyebrows threaded. I have tried a lot of eyebrow places in Norwich but this is the best so far! I really appreciated the excellent roots touch-up, too. Hairdresser was very experienced and did it super neatly and efficiently (and it looked noticeably shiny and straight afterwards). Staff are friendly and very efficient, and skilled at what they do. Great prices and service, highly recommended.

First facial ever, I can’t believe I haven’t done that before! Absolutely amazing, my skin feels incredible and it was SO relaxing. Very calm, beautifully done. Katie is so lovely and made me feel at ease as a newbie, asked and answered questions, explained everything kindly and didn’t push an upsell, just genuinely advised what would be a good place to start and how it would work. I felt so comfortable. I love my fresh polished nails and really appreciate getting some honest advice as I’m a bit new at all this stuff 😂 Very glad I was recommended to KTS! Thank you xx
