I had previously had SPMU done with another practitioner and it wasn’t what I wanted but also wasn’t going to be easy to fix. I am so thankful that I found Eleanor, she is a very talented lady and I instantly felt comfortable. She was very professional and honest about what I should expect and I felt like she went above and beyond to achieve the results we got. Over the moon with my brows and my lips.

The best salon in Norwich! I’ve been coming to the girls for various treatments for almost 3 years now and I’ve never had a bad experience, my lashes, nails and brows are always perfect! The salon is so lovely, clean and welcoming and the girls are so flexible and have rearranged last minute for me before! I wouldn’t go anywhere else xxx

1st visit here I've recently moved to Norwich. I wanted a Perm but after strand test was advised this would not be suitable, due to the previous T- section highlights, would cause further damage. Ruby managed to T section my hair with 2 colours without bleach, complementing my existing colour which blended in fantastically. Grace then put in some soft layers & blow dryed it perfectly to give volume & body. I was very anxious finding somewhere new but was put at ease and everything was thoroughly explained throughout. I have found my new hairdresser & look forward to getting my dream perm soon

My 2nd visit to The Aesthetic Room but 1st time having dermal fillers.I have thin lips and just wanted a natural look but a bit fuller.Bryony was amazing,she explained the procedure thoroughly step by step & aftercare too,she is really knowledgeable. The procedure was a lot less painful than I was expecting and I am over so,so pleased with the results. They're perfect!!2 visits and 2 absolutely amazing experiences with perfect results.I even asked about other procedures and Bryony said I didn't really need them,Proof she has a passion for this😍

I've been going Bryony for just over half a year now and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I wanted to try botox for awhile and chose to go with Bryony not only due to her fantastic reviews but the fact that she's offers a free consultation! I was a bit unsure but Bryony soon put my mind at ease, shes friendly and very knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted to achieve and i haven't looked back!!
